Annabel loves her books. She is now 19 months old and has so many words. She also says "please" and "thank you" and "bless you" at the right time all the time. She is quite polite, but she still can be cranky at times too. She has had to learn what standing in the corner means. Just recently, she has started to say more phrases. Our favorites: "I like these shoes" and "hush your mouth". She loves to sing "Wheels on the Bus" and requests this song EVERY time we get in the car. Also, now she says "bus" over and over again when she sees them on the road. There are many buses in Chicago so we hear it a lot.
Annabel is learning the count, her ABCs, and her colors. Right now she counts 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 ("se ben)", 9, 10. Pretty funny. Everything is either Red or Pink when I ask her what color something is. Every once in a while, you will hear her say to herself L, M, N, O, P, and A, B, C.
Georgia is at such a cute age, 5 months. She laughs a lot and babbles often, mostly saying "ma, ma, ma" She rolls over very well and seems close to crawling. At her recent doctor's appointment, she was only in the 20th percentile for weight and height, but her head was 80th. The doctor was not concerned.
Yesterday while we were all in the car, Annabel and Georgia were playing together (mostly Annabel laughing at her and making Georiga laugh). The best part was that they kept reaching out for each other's hands. It was so cute to see them holding hands.
Here is Annabel reading with her Dad.
